Maintaining older versions of an ERP system can be expensive and time-consuming. As the system ages, it becomes increasingly complex to manage and harder to find employees with the necessary expertise to support it. As a result, costs can rise significantly compared to newer versions.
Changes for 2024-2025
The annual rates for Enhancement Plans (EP, also known as the Business Ready Enhancement Plan or BREP) and Advantage Plans (AP) for Dynamics on-premises products will increase by 1%. This adjustment applies to both renewals and new licenses.
Adjustments for Dynamics On-Premises
- Business Central/NAV Subscription: Estimated increase of 12%
- Business Central Perpetual: Increase of 7%
- Perpetual NAV: Increase of 19%
Microsoft has announced a price increase for the Dynamics 365 suite, with the USD base price rising for the first time in five years. Notably, the increase reaches 16.7% for certain products such as Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). These price adjustments will affect a wide range of Dynamics 365 products.
As part of Microsoft and LS Retail’s efforts to modernize the LS Central on-premises business, our main goal is to encourage the adoption of cloud technology and align pricing across all platforms. Software as a Service (SaaS) is the future, and we aim to encourage our customers to make the transition to SaaS.
Adjustments for Dynamics Online (SaaS)
Microsoft is announcing pricing changes. As of April 1, 2025, Microsoft will implement price changes for all annual contracts paid monthly. Additionally, the price of Power BI will increase.
What’s Changing?
Subscription prices will be adjusted based on the chosen payment option and contract duration. Microsoft customers must select between annual prepayment or monthly payments at a higher rate when renewing their contracts. These changes do not impact existing contracts; they will retain their current pricing until the next (automatic) renewal.
Overview of the new pricing structures:
- Annual contract with prepayment: Base rate;
- Annual contract with monthly payments: +5% (new);
- Monthly contract with monthly payments: +20% (unchanged).
itSuitsFashion 365
Effective January 1, 2025, the price for itSuitsFashion 365 will be adjusted to €44.50 per user per month.
TCOG Apps & Per Tenant Extensions (PTEs/Custom Solutions)
Effective January 1, 2025, the price for TCOG Apps, such as CloudScanning, MCCL, IMR Commerce & Warehouse, will increase by 5%. The enhancement percentage for PTEs will rise to 1.83% per month.
Quadira
The license prices for Quadira Advanced Forms will increase by 5%, and maintenance will be indexed by 3.5%, effective January 1, 2025.
9altitudes
Licenses for BIRDS, 9A Smart Insights, and BI4Dynamics, as well as the Service Level Agreement, will be subject to an inflation adjustment. The updated rates will be based on the CBS price index for economic activity in the “Information and Communication” category (category J) and amount to 6.2%. This change will take effect on January 1, 2025.
Wolfpack DCS
License prices for the Omnichannel Retail Platform (ORP) will increase by 4.3% as of January 1, 2025.
